Accessible Parking Pass Request

A limited number of accessible parking spaces will be available on McConnell Air Force Base during the 2026 Frontiers in Flight Air Show, October 24–25.

Approximately 60 on-base accessible parking spaces will be available. Due to the limited number of spaces, on-base accessible parking is intended primarily for guests who use wheelchairs.

Before You Submit This Form

If you already have a valid state-issued disabled parking placard or accessible license plate, you DO NOT need to request an additional parking pass. Display your placard or accessible plate when you arrive and follow the directions of parking attendants.

Guests who do not have a state-issued disabled parking placard or accessible license plate but require closer parking due to a mobility limitation may use the form below to request an accessible parking pass.

Accessible parking is limited. Once on-base accessible parking reaches capacity, guests will be directed to general air show parking at Cessna Activity Center. ADA-accessible shuttle buses will be available to transport guests from Cessna to the air show.

Submitting this form does not guarantee an on-base accessible parking space. Please follow all signs and directions from parking personnel upon arrival.

Important Parking Information

Accessible parking passes are limited and are intended for guests with mobility needs, with priority given to wheelchair users.

An accessible parking pass does not guarantee a specific parking space or distance from the air show entrance. Parking attendants will direct vehicles to the appropriate accessible parking area upon arrival.

Once on-base accessible parking reaches capacity, guests will be directed to Cessna Activity Center parking. ADA-accessible shuttle buses will be available between Cessna and the air show.

Guests who already have a valid state-issued disabled parking placard or accessible license plate do not need an additional Frontiers in Flight parking pass.
