Accessible Parking Pass Request

A limited number of accessible parking spaces will be available on McConnell Air Force Base during the 2026 Frontiers in Flight Air Show, October 24–25.

Approximately 60 on-base accessible parking spaces will be available. Due to the limited number of spaces, on-base accessible parking is intended primarily for guests who use wheelchairs.

Before You Submit This Form

If you already have a valid state-issued disabled parking placard or accessible license plate, you DO NOT need to request an additional parking pass. Simply display your placard or accessible plate upon arrival and follow the directions of parking attendants.

Guests who do not have a state-issued disabled parking placard or accessible license plate but require closer parking due to a mobility limitation may submit the form below to request an on-base accessible parking pass.

Parking pass requests must be submitted by October 9, 2026. Requests are processed in the order received and are subject to availability for each event day.

On-base accessible parking is limited. Once accessible parking reaches capacity, guests will be directed to general air show parking at Cessna Activity Center, where ADA-accessible shuttle buses will be available to transport guests to the air show.

Submitting this form does not guarantee an on-base accessible parking space. Please follow all event signage and directions from parking personnel upon arrival.
